Job summary

Ayana is seeking a Junior Sous Chef – Banquet to assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency for banquet events.

You will support food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards, coordinate large-scale food production and buffet setup, and lead with strong teamwork. Strong English is an advantage when collaborating with international guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• 3–5 years in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel with banquet experience.
• Supervisory experience; potential progression as Chef de Partie.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and banquet operations.
