Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) Indonesia seeks a Teller to manage cash and non-cash transactions for customers in line with internal procedures. You will perform start/end of day processes, verify transaction accuracy, and detect counterfeit notes, reporting discrepancies promptly.

Role involves supporting ATM replenishments and cross-selling banking products while ensuring SLA and quality standards are met. Training on APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in teller or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

• Provide cash and non-cash financial services to customers in accordance with bank procedures.
• Perform Teller Start of Day and Close Day procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and validity of cash and non-cash transactions.
• Detect counterfeit money and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with cash in/out and ATM replenishment as required.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
• Prepare and submit reports related to daily transactions and QA/audit reviews.
