Job summary

Rantai Pengiriman Multimoda in Bandung is seeking a General Manager Operations & Vendor Management to lead end-to-end logistics, optimize routing, and ensure service quality and safety. This on-site role requires strong leadership across teams and external partners.

You will oversee budgets, contracts, vendor performance, and SOP implementation while driving continuous improvement and cost control. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics is expected; advanced degree is a plus, and readiness

Qualifications

• Strong general management with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in operations management within logistics or supply chain.
• Proven team leadership and staff development ability.
• Customer service orientation and long-term client relationships.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
• Vendor management including contract negotiation and monitoring.
• Analytical mindset with KPI-based decision making.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain; advanced degree a plus.
• On-site Bandung availability and ability to handle time-sensitive operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations and vendor relationships.
• Lead daily planning, execution, and monitoring of transportation and distribution.
• Optimize routes, capacity, and turnaround times.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, policies, and performance standards.
• Manage contracts, vendor performance, and service terms.
• Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation oversight.
• Support customer service outcomes and issue escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement across the logistics network.
