Job summary

Prudential Syariah in Bandung seeks an experienced Trainer to accelerate sales capability across branches. You will design and deliver training programs, onboard new hires, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement through knowledge-sharing sessions.

The role requires 3–4 years in training or L&D within banking or insurance, with strong facilitation and stakeholder management, plus willingness to travel across the region. Bandung-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years of experience in trainer/L&D/sales capability.
• Banking or insurance industry experience mandatory.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across multiple cities within the region.
• Based in Bandung.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales force activation initiatives through field coaching, mentoring, and branch engagement activities.
• Deliver training programs, workshops, product refreshers, and onboarding initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities.
• Conduct coaching sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and social learning activities to drive continuous development.
• Identify capability and performance gaps, then implement targeted development plans to improve productivity.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure development initiatives generate measurable business impact.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and banking partners to support business growth.
• Support the development and readiness of Bancassurance Sales Leaders (ASL) and Financial Service Consultants (FSC) across the assigned region.

Requirements

• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive capability development and improve sales performance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
• Willing to travel extensively and undertake high mobility assignments across multiple cities within the assigned region.
