Job summary

PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia in Bali is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. Based in our Bali office, you will develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, boost brand awareness, and support sales objectives.

You will create content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter, monitor inquiries, analyse performance, and collaborate with sales to generate leads.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in social media management or as a Social Media Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Indonesian fluency is advantageous.
• Ability to create engaging content including graphics, videos and copy.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments and messages professionally.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach and growth trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional content and campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximise ROI and reach.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices across platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels through guidelines and visuals.
• Support sales administration in coordinating customer communications via social channels.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform content strategy.
