Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali, Indonesia seeks a highly analytical Project Operations Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contract elements for construction and renovation projects. You will prepare detailed estimates and budgets, source suppliers, review quotations, and monitor costs to ensure budget adherence.

The role requires strong numerical skills, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and experience with cost estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience as a QS, preferably in construction or hospitality projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing.
• Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for new projects and renovations.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers, reviewing quotations, and evaluating vendor contracts.
• Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure budget adherence.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Provide regular cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with the Site Manager, Procurement, and Drafter to align project costs with design.
• Ensure all cost and contract practices comply with local regulations and company policies.
