The position requires advanced degrees in Finance and Accounting and a track record of effective financial leadership, risk management, and cross-property collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major (2 years experience in finance and accounting or related professional area).
• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in strategic planning and decision making to improve profit and develop annual operating budget.
• Leads finance and accounting teams, ensuring strong internal controls and effective budgeting.
• Advises GM and executive committee on operating/financial issues and manages cash flow per brand SOPs.
