Job summary

EDTS in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a backend engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and data integrations. You will write clean, efficient code following best practices, optimize existing systems, monitor performance, and respond to alerts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Eligibility includes a Bachelor's in CS, 3+ years backend experience, expertise in Java or Go, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD with Git; cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering with backend focus.
• Proficiency in Java (a must) or Go for backend services.
• RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Secure coding standards.
• Eagerness to continuously learn technology/product trends.
• Strong ownership and accountability; Git versioning; CI/CD experience.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Full WFO at Wisma 46, Jakarta Pusat.
