Sea Labs Indonesia seeks a Back End Engineer to work on the Marketplace Order Operations. You will contribute to building scalable, reliable systems for return/refund and settlement processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong programming skills in Golang, Python, Java, and familiarity with distributed systems, databases, and modern middleware technologies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and distributed systems.
• Experience with Golang / Python / Java / C++.
• Experience with MySQL and Redis/Kafka.
• Familiar with Kubernetes and microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Implement features for return and refund, and clearing and settlement.
• Design distributed systems optimized for performance, availability, and user experience.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code with tests and CI practices.
• Research and execute projects to enhance system functionalities, processes, and shared middlewares.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers, PMs, QA, and Ops to deliver impact.
