Monee in Indonesia is building a high-performance backend platform for credit and payments, serving millions of users across SEA. You will contribute to underwriting, funding integrations, risk controls, and financial accounting with robust data pipelines and scalable architecture.

We value knowledge of Go/Java/C++, distributed systems, Redis, Kafka, and etcd, plus a mindset to apply AI to testing and production operations while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least one year of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Go, C++, or Java with knowledge of data structures and concurrency.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka and etcd, and understanding of distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Participate in design and development of credit systems across multiple markets.
• Build highly available, scalable systems for hundreds of millions of users.
• Design workflows and deployment strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Apply AI techniques to improve testing, debugging, and production operations.
