Job summary

PT Rejeki Berkah Berlimpah Ruah (FDC Dental Clinic) seeks a Business Development Specialist (Partnership) to drive B2B expansion and manage the end-to-end partnership process in Jakarta Timur. You will identify quality leads among SMEs, corporates, and local communities and ensure smooth handoffs to the partnerships team.

You will handle outbound outreach, coordinate discovery meetings, draft and track MoUs/LoAs, and maintain the partnership tracker in Google Sheets or Excel with precision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Partnership Operations.
• Experience managing a pipeline of B2B prospects, preferably coordinating with SMEs or corporate accounts.
• Excellent administrative skills with experience drafting and organizing official agreements (MoUs/LoAs).
• Confident in outbound reach and maintaining professional communication.
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) or MS Excel for pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Run online canvassing to identify and generate B2B partnership leads.
• Manage end-to-end communication pipeline, set up discovery meetings, and follow-up emails.
• Draft, coordinate, and track Proposals, Letters of Agreement/LoA, and MoU.
• Maintain the partnership tracker in Google Sheets/Excel with precision.
