Job summary

IOH seeks a S&D Product Manager (Sales Execution Applications) to own the lifecycle of sales execution apps (DSE, Internal Sales, Direct Sales Agent, Promoter, Merchandiser, Key Accounts) with SalesHub / MOBII & Retailer apps as core platforms. You will define the product roadmap, translate field insights into requirements, and align IT delivery and Sales Enablement to drive adoption.

You will analyze field and system data to identify automation opportunities that improve sales

Qualifications

5–7 years in sales operations, business analysis, product ownership, or sales strategy.
Proven ability to write requirement documents and acceptance criteria, and to turn field data into recommendations.
Experience driving product backlog, coordinating UAT, and supporting field-wide rollouts across regions.
Ability to drive alignment between HQ, regional teams, Sales Enablement, IT delivery, PQA, and UI/UX.

Responsibilities

Roadmap Ownership & Management: Develop and own the roadmap for sales execution apps across regions.
Requirement Definition & Detailing: Produce IBRS/BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Delivery Monitoring & UAT Governance: Align scope, timeline, and quality, set acceptance criteria, monitor UAT progress.
Regional Alignment & Channel Enablement: Lead workshops with regional teams to reflect regional realities and enable field execution.
Insight & Automation Recommendations: Analyze field and system data to identify automation opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
