IOH Group Consumer Technology & Digital Innovation in Indonesia seeks a Managerial leader to own the POS application lifecycle, drive AI-powered modernization, and ensure reliable, scalable systems across sales channels.

You will lead architecture, development, integration, and service reliability, while partnering with enterprise teams to deliver state-of-the-art POS capabilities and automated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / CS or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in application development and IT delivery.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and critical apps.
• Hands-on software engineering and solution design.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or automation.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end POS app lifecycle including architecture and deployment.
• Ensure POS apps meet multi-channel business needs.
• Drive modernization and integration across systems.
• Lead hands-on development, coding, debugging, and configuration.
• Develop AI-powered POS capabilities and AI-assisted monitoring.
