Job summary

Indosat is seeking an AVP Head of E2E Network Validation & Program Management to lead end-to-end governance for network investments and cross-domain programs. The role demands senior leadership in planning, orchestration, and executive reporting to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, CS, or Business Management.
• Fluency in English for executive-level reporting is required.
• Strong leadership, project management, and resource orchestration capabilities.
• Ability to distill complex technical/financial data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and governance of network programs.
• Lead cross-domain PMO across RAN, Transmission, CME/Power domains.
• Provide executive visibility with dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with AOP and optimize TCO.
