Job summary

Indonesia Defence Services is seeking an avionics technician to perform advanced avionics duties and maintenance in our Hangar at Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang. The role requires a D3 in Aviation Engineering and a DCGA C1/C2/C4 license, with strong English communication skills and relevant experience.

The candidate will ensure airworthiness, quality, safety, and compliance with company procedures, while supporting efficient operations and occasional overtime as schedules demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum Hold Diploma Degree (D3) in Aviation Engineering.
• Minimum hold Basic Licence by DCGA C1, C2, and C4.
• Can communicate with English both oral and written.
• Have relevant experience will be more preferable.
• Willing to be placed in our Hangar in Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced level avionics duties.
• Carry out maintenance tasks per supervisor.
• Follow approved maintenance data and procedures.
• Maintain airworthiness, quality, safety standards.
• Attend and work overtime as required.
• Work independently on projects.
• Maintain hangar, equipment, and tooling.
• Communicate professionally and clearly.
• Ensure efficient task execution.
• All other duties as directed by management.

• Perform aircraft avionics duties that require an advance level of knowledge.
• To carry out maintenance actions tasks as detailed by the Maintenance Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance data and company’s procedures.
• Ensure that the highest airworthiness, quality, safety and performance standards are maintained and ensure all company and legal requirements are complied with.
• To ensure that tasks are carried out as efficiently as possible.
• Maintain and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling when required.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, professionalism, and an attitude without compromising quality
• Must have regular attendance and be able to work overtime when needed and as determined by aircraft schedules and manpower needs.
• Work independently on projects when required.
• Any and all other duties as directed by the higher management.

Requirements
