Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Structures Engineer to join our Global Service Center, based in Indonesia, to support aircraft structure maintenance and repair, deliver training, and provide technical services to customers in SE Asia.

You will collaborate with internal Boeing teams across SE Asia, China, and the U.S., develop courseware, and apply structural repair principles while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years airline industry experience.
• Engineering degree required; advanced degrees preferred per role.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% as needed.
• ABET accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops and trainings to customers on aircraft structure and repair.
• Develop technical presentation materials on structure repair principles and design criteria.
• Provide technical support for special projects and aging aircraft programs.
• Coordinate with Boeing teams in SE Asia, China, and the United States.
