Job summary

PT Minda ASEAN automotive seeks a Quality Management System Assistant Supervisor to support our automotive operations in West Java. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of quality management experience in the automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO/IATF 16949, excellent analytical skills, and experience with audit practices and documentation management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO/IATF 16949.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with audit practices and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections.
• Coordinate training programs for employees on quality standards and best practices.
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to quality management.
• Manage and track corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for management review.
