• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Generate and improve the quality of leads for the sales team.
• Create engaging content including short-form videos, photos, social media posts and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
• Monitor advertising performance including leads, cost per lead, engagement and conversion.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure timely lead follow-up.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and live-streaming activities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer behaviour for new opportunities.
• Prepare basic monthly reports on advertising performance and lead generation.
• Continuously test and improve advertising content, targeting and strategies.
• Assist management with other marketing-related projects when required.
