Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and backend apps.

You will collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA teams to ensure product quality aligns with business and technical requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, bootcamp/Internship experience, and proficiency with tools like Selenium and UFT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university.
• Experience in QA Internship, Graduate of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp.
• Capable of creating Automation Scripts.
• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Familiar with programming languages and scripting (such as .NET and/or VBScript).
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in Automation Testing within the Banking industry is highly desirable.
• Willing to Contract and WFO (Jakarta).

Responsibilities

• Analyze testing requirements based on business and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Perform automation testing to ensure application quality, functionality, performance, and stability before deployment.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects found during testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.
• Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with organizational quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
