Job summary

ABB is seeking a Project Manager to lead small, low-complexity automation and electrical projects in Indonesia. You will guide the project team, monitor progress and finances, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery and customer acceptance.

Qualifications include a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, 8–10 years PM experience, and strong English communication. Travel within SE Asia may be required; hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience as Project Manager in relevant fields.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Expertise in project financials, cash flow, contracts, scheduling, and MS Project.
• Proven delivery of automation/electrical projects; pulp & paper/mining in SE Asia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of small projects with low complexity.
• Manage project team and monitor progress, resources and financials.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks; pursue opportunities.
• Drive formal acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with contract.
