Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking an IT Specialist - Application and Identity to build and maintain internal tools, automations, and data visibility systems. The role involves developing automation workflows, internal reporting platforms, and implementing structured IAM processes while collaborating across teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, 3+ years of experience, and strong skills in automation tools such as N8N and Jira Automation. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in SaaS management, automation engineering, or IT platform engineering.
Hands-on experience building automation workflows with N8N, Jira Automation, Python, or Google Cloud Run.
Experience in setting up dashboards in reporting tools like Metabase.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation workflows based on approved platforms.
Develop and maintain internal reporting platforms that surface operational metrics.
Implement structured workflows for IAM processes, maintaining data integrity.
Support evaluation of new technologies and document outcomes clearly.
Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams during project execution.
Produce and maintain technical and process documentation.
