Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control is seeking an Automation Engineer to develop control systems (PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA) for renewable energy projects from programming through on-site installation and commissioning.

You will document work during and after site execution, coordinate with clients for reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery schedules. A diploma or degree in Electrical, Automation, or Physics Engineering and strong English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year experience in Electrical/Automation/Control projects.
• Experience with renewable energy control systems is preferred.
• Proficient in English for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop control systems (PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA) for Renewable Energy projects.
• Deliver programming, engineering deliverables, and on-site commissioning.
• Create documentation during and after on-site project execution.
• Coordinate with user/client for review and approval and with internal teams for delivery.

Job description

• Develop a control system (PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA) for Renewable Energy application from programming, engineering deliverable, up to on-site installation and commissioning as per Syntek standard & customer's requirement.
• Create documentation during and after on site project execution.
• Coordinate with user/client for review and approval.
• Coordinate with internal team for project delivery schedule.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 year experience Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electrical / Automation / Control / Physics Engineer.
• High proficiency in working with communication protocol (Modbus, dnp3, IEC104)
• High proficiency in developing function block logic and HMI.
• Understand basic electrical engineering.
• Control panel design and I/O interconnection wiring.
• Understand basic networking (IP address, router, switch, etc.)
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Familiar with IEC-61131 based PLC
• Have experience to integrate PV/battery inverter to SCADA/PLC
• Have experience in renewable energy application
