Job summary

PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara is seeking a Staff Quality to join our QA & Control team in Purwakarta, West Java. You will perform quality inspections during automotive painting/coating, ensure products meet standards, and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in engineering, with fresh graduates welcome. Strong Excel skills and teamwork mindset are important for analyzing defects and maintaining ISO 9001 records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of QC/QA in manufacturing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and monitoring throughout the automotive painting/coating process.
• Ensure finished products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
• Identify, record, and monitor defects or non-conformities.
• Analyze quality problems and support root cause analysis using methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, or other problem-solving tools.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and defect monitoring data.
• Ensure production processes comply with applicable SOPs, WI, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and quality improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality.
• Maintain quality-related documents and records in accordance with ISO 9001.
