Job summary

Natari Pratama in Tangerang is seeking a Bookkeeping Accountant to record and organize financial transactions, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with standards. The role involves handling AR/AP, reconciling bank statements, and preparing statements to support management decisions.

Candidates should have accounting background, familiarity with XPM and Xero (preferred), strong English communication, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skill.
• Familiar with Australian company practices (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting/audit or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Recording and organizing financial transactions, including income, expenses, and debts, using accounting software or paper ledgers.
• Tracking accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring that payments are made on time.
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Creating financial statements and reports to help management make informed decisions.
• Managing the organization's payroll system, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Ensuring that financial records comply with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting to help the organization plan for the future.
