Pt. Natari Pratama, an outsourcing and headhunting firm, seeks a Bookkeeping Accountant in Tangerang.

The role covers recording financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and preparing financial reports. Candidates should have an accounting background, familiarity with XPM/Xero (preferred), strong English communication, and at least 1 year of accounting or related experience; Australian company familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience with XPM and Xero software (Preferred).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Australian Company practices (Preferred).
• Minimal 1+ year experience in accounting, audit or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Record and organize financial transactions using accounting software or ledgers.
• Track accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records for accuracy.
• Create financial statements and reports for management decisions.
• Manage payroll system to ensure accurate and on-time payments.
• Ensure records comply with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting to aid future planning.
