Job summary

Brink’s sedang mencari pemimpin operasional untuk mengelola seluruh operasional ATM & CDM. Posisi ini mencakup pengawasan ketersediaan mesin, pemantauan performa, serta koordinasi dengan bank/klien dan vendor terkait.

Kandidat akan memastikan SLA/KPI terpenuhi, mengelola cash replenishment, dan menjaga SOP serta aspek keamanan serta kepatuhan perusahaan. Anda akan memimpin tim teknisi dan operasional, membuat laporan evaluasi kinerja, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan proses operational

Qualifications

• Pengalaman memimpin operasi ATM/CDM dan tim operasional yang relevan.
• Kemampuan mengkoordinasikan vendor, bank klien, dan tim internal.
• Pemahaman SOP, keamanan, kepatuhan, dan manajemen risiko.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin dan mengawasi operasional ATM & CDM serta memastikan ketersediaan dan keandalan mesin.
• Mengelola tim operasional, teknisi, dan vendor terkait serta pencapaian SLA/KPI operasional.
• Mengawasi proses cash replenishment, cash collection, dan balancing, serta penyelesaian insiden/downtime mesin.
• Melakukan monitoring transaksi dan performa ATM/CDM serta kepatuhan SOP dan kebijakan keamanan.
• Menyusun laporan evaluasi kinerja operasional dan rekomendasi perbaikan.

Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh operasional ATM & CDM. Memastikan availability dan reliability mesin ATM/CDM. Mengelola tim operasional, teknisi, dan vendor terkait. Memastikan pencapaian SLA, KPI, dan target operasional. Mengawasi proses cash replenishment, cash collection, dan balancing. Menangani dan mengoordinasikan penyelesaian incident/downtime mesin. Melakukan monitoring transaksi dan performa ATM/CDM. Memastikan penerapan SOP, security, compliance, dan risk management. Berkoordinasi dengan bank/client, vendor, dan tim internal. Menyusun laporan dan evaluasi kinerja operasional serta improvement.
