Job summary

OSI Electronics, a long-standing manufacturing partner, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead PCBA electronics operations in Indonesia. You will manage daily production floor activities, drive on-time delivery, ensure quality and productivity, and mentor operators while upholding ISO standards. This role requires an engineering background, English proficiency, the ability to manage over 50 staff, and hands-on experience with MRP systems.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 in Industrial/Electronic Engineering is preferred.
• Experience of at least 3 years in PCBA electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with MRP systems.
• Able to lead more than 50 subordinates.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to establish and control process workflow.
• Ability to manage operators and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production floor activities to meet quality targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to the production plan.
• Provide training to operators and supervise performance.
• Support operating budget and resource planning.
• Monitor materials, equipment and personnel usage on the floor.
• Maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance.
• Lead and coordinate a team of over 50 staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at highquality level.
• Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
• To monitor and manage daily production floor activities
• Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.
• To provide training to Operators
• Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
• Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor. Perform other duties that maybe assigned
