Job summary

JAPFA seeks a planning professional to manage daily PCR test planning and scheduling within its poultry and agribusiness operations in Indonesia. The role requires close collaboration with operations, logistics and HR to ensure timely execution and accurate data in planning systems.

The incumbent will monitor PCR testing processes, manage raw material inventories, and provide reports on performance. Opportunities exist to contribute to method updates and process improvements in a biomolecular

Responsibilities

• Execute daily PCR test planning and scheduling activities based on approved plans.
• Monitor PCR running tests, inventory of raw materials including kits, and material availability against the plan.
• Provide early warning when critical PCR results or other findings emerge.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and HR teams to support plan execution.
• Update planning systems and maintain accurate PCR test data and inventory records.
• Identify and report deviations, constraints, or risks impacting samples and plans.
• Prepare routine planning reports and performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in PCR test planning accuracy and process efficiency.
• Update methods of PCR testing and trials related to biomolecular scope in poultry industry.

• Coordinate with operations, (purchasing) logistics and HR teams to support plan execution.
• Update planning systems and maintain accurate PCR test (program & case samples) and inventory data.
• Identify and report deviations, constraints, or risks impacting samples PCR test plans.
• Prepare routine planning reports and performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning PCR test againts accuracy and process efficiency
• Update metodhe of PCR test, trial about biomolecular scoope in poultry industry
