Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a planning specialist in Indonesia to manage daily Histopathology test planning and scheduling for poultry industry applications. The role involves coordinating with operations, logistics, and HR to ensure execution against the approved plans.

You will monitor test activities and material inventories, update planning systems, and prepare regular performance reports while contributing to continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily planning and scheduling of Histopathology tests.
• Monitor histopathology tests, inventory of raw materials and consumables.
• Provide early warnings on critical results and issues in Histopathology.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and HR to support plan execution.
• Update planning systems and maintain test and inventory data.
• Identify deviations, constraints or risks impacting sample plans.
• Prepare routine planning reports and performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement for planning accuracy and process efficiency.
• Update methods of Histopathology tests such as Immunohistochemistry and related scopes.

Job description

• Execute daily of Histopahology test planning and scheduling activities based on approved plans.
• Monitor as well of the Histopathology running test, inventory raw material-include comsummable kit/material , and material availability against the plan.
• To give EWS about the critical results Histopahology test, and other situation finding
• Coordinate with operations, (purchasing) logistics and HR teams to support plan execution.
• Update planning systems and maintain accurate Histopatology test and inventory data.
• Identify and report deviations, constraints, or risks impacting samples Histopathology test plans.
• Prepare routine planning reports and performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning Histopathology test againts accuracy and process efficiency
• Update metodhe of Histopahogy test - Immunohictochemistry, Histopatobiology hibriditatation, trial about Histopathology & clinical pathology scoope in poultry industry
