Jumeirah Bali is seeking a Spa Therapist (National Talent) to join our luxury wellness team on-site at Uluwatu. You will deliver immersive spa experiences, assess guest needs, and ensure pristine treatment rooms and hygiene standards in line with our global SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company.
• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent therapy services to guests by recommending correct treatments and offering full product knowledge in line with Spa protocol and certification practices.
• Examine treatment rooms before starting a treatment to ensure setup meets established standards.
• Inspect all areas of the Spa and treatment rooms for cleanliness to ensure a comfortable guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic Spa environment in line with SOPs and local regulations.
• Carry out spa treatments to high professional standards with proper checks and preparation.
• Read guest wellness history and preferences before treatments to tailor therapies accordingly.
• Keep accurate written records of treatments and products used for repeat guests.
• Replenish Spa items to maintain inventory at required levels.
