Job summary

Pinhome is seeking an Associate Product Manager to gain hands-on experience across ideation, development, and launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in requirement gathering, analyze user feedback and usage data, help create product specifications and user stories, and support project plans to ensure timely delivery and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiarize yourself with the product lifecycle stages: ideation, development, launch, and maintenance.
• 1–2 years of Product Management experience.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, including task tracking and timelines.
• User-centric mindset prioritizing user needs and behavior.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver successful products.
• Problem-solving abilities to address development challenges.
• Attention to detail in documenting requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to brainstorming, gather requirements, and help create product specs and user stories.
• Analyze user data, feedback, and usage metrics to identify improvements and new features.
• Assist in creating project plans, tracking tasks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
• Participate in user testing, collect feedback, and incorporate it into development.
• Assist in launch planning, coordinating with marketing to ensure a successful release.
