Job summary

Pensieve is seeking an Associate Product to support our Product team in delivering high-quality digital products. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who enjoys solving problems and learning how products are built from idea to launch.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, document user stories, and help coordinate development activities across engineering and design, while learning through mentorship from Product and Engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years in Product Management or related role; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with AI or enterprise products is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborative, eager to learn, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in planning and executing product initiatives.
• Gather and document business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Assist in product backlog management and sprint planning.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports using relevant metrics.
• Participate in product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Help maintain product documentation and release notes.
• Support communication with internal stakeholders regarding product updates and priorities.
