About the Job

• Initiate GTM planning and execution for new products or feature rollouts – from positioning and messaging to launch timelines and cross-functional coordination.
• Ideate and develop 360° brand and product campaigns that resonate with target audiences, aligned with Kredivo’s tone and values.
• Strong understanding of user behavior and mindset, with the ability to think from the user’s perspective in developing marketing strategies and messaging.
• Work closely with Product, Growth, Creative, and Comms teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across touchpoints.
• Translate market research and user insights into sharp brand positioning and creative briefs that inspire compelling campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking, ensuring on-time and effective delivery of brand assets and GTM initiatives.
• Uphold brand identity and messaging consistency across internal and external communications.
• Be a brand guardian for the Kredivo brand, make sure all the activities are aligned with the brand guidelines.

About You

• Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or integrated marketing roles, ideally in tech, fintech, or FMCG.
• Proven track record of planning and launching GTM campaigns for product or features with measurable results.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on ability to execute under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working with data and insights to inform messaging and creative strategy.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
• A self‑starter with a growth mindset and passion for creating consumer‑loved brands.
