What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will support the CEO and Product Managers in advancing key product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing follow‑ups, documentation, and ongoing priorities.


Your Responsibilities


  • Support the CEO and Product Managers in product roadmaps, prioritization, and project tracking.

  • Prepare clear product documentation, specifications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Organize and structure product initiatives to ensure smooth execution.

  • Coordinate with engineering, data, design, and operations teams to ensure deliverables stay on track.

  • Assist with backlog grooming and sprint preparation by capturing requirements and aligning them with product priorities.

  • Conduct basic market, competitor, and user research to support decision‑making.

  • Provide operational support during product meetings (agenda, minutes, action items).

  • Proactively identify risks, potential delays, and misalignments to maintain project momentum.


Required Skills


  • 1–2 years of experience in product, project management, or related roles.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to prepare polished documentation and presentations.

  • Strong SQL proficiency.

  • Understanding of APIs, including setup and data interpretation.

  • Solid working knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Strong work ethic — high expectations for product roles with a focus on preparedness.

  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership, including the CEO; a technical background or at least 1 year of technical experience is required.

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proactive and independent working style.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar).

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language.


Nice to Have


  • Experience in AdTech, gaming, or digital platforms.

  • Exposure to data analytics, ML/AI, or software development environments.

  • Experience preparing presentations for leadership or clients.

  • Background working in multicultural or international teams.
