Job summary

Peoplyee in Cikarang is seeking an Assistant Manager Mold Maintenance to lead a team responsible for mold and die maintenance in our automotive manufacturing operations.

You will set yearly targets, supervise daily maintenance, drive improvements, and coordinate with other departments to keep equipment reliable and efficient. Diploma or Bachelor required, 8+ years in related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance, molds, or dies within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
