• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
• Manage the international sales process from inquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, production coordination, to delivery.
• Develop sales strategies and business plans to achieve international sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities in overseas markets.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QC, Procurement, Finance, and other related departments to ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.
• Monitor sales performance, customer development, order status, and export activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

Assistant Manager – International Sales for PT Stainless Steel Prima Valve Majubersama, based in Cikupa, Tangerang. This role involves developing and expanding export markets for the company's manufactured products, identifying and developing new overseas customers, distributors, agents, and business partners, and managing the full international sales process.

About you

• Bachelor's degree from reputable University abroad in Business, Marketing, Management, or Engineering is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales, preferably in manufacturing, foundry, metal casting, stainless steel, valve, or other industrial manufacturing industries.
• Experience in exporting manufactured/foundry products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales and export business processes.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining overseas customers and markets.
• Familiar with export documentation, international shipping, Incoterms, payment terms, and commercial transactions.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong business development, analytical, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as lead a team.
• Willing to travel internationally.
