Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (MBA, International development, public administration, economics or allied).
• Minimum 4 years experience in related field.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, merchant payments, merchant credit, financial distribution networks, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, assess market trends, perform risk analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven expertise in management consulting, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Support senior leadership to pitch and write concept notes and proposals, respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Author/Co-author thematic publications (Blogs/Focus notes/Briefing notes)
• Actively engage in social media promotions and marketing.
• Provide support on consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, leveraging data-driven insights and persuasive communication skills.
• Contribute to the development of MSC’s toolkits and other publications
