• Prepare Financial Report including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Check Document and Process for Payment.
• Prepare Tax Report with Holding Tax and VAT.

Responsibilities

• Checking Document and Process for Payment
• Update Tracker For Cash OutFlow Monthly
• Making Report for Project Cost Monthly
• Update Huawei System For Incoming Payment and Those that can already Make Invoice
• Prepare Sales and Tax Invoice
• Checking and Prepare Tax Report With Holding Tax and VAT
• Prepare Financial Report Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow
• Prepare for Audit Report Yearly
• Approval in Accounting System

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax management, preferably in a corporate or multinational setting.
• Understand taxation and handling full set of account
• Good English and Mandarin Skill (both oral and written) is a must.
• Experience in managing finance functions in more than one country (regional exposure).
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions and financial statement consolidation.
• Brevet A and B certified.
• Preferably have experience with Huawei
• Proficient in accounting software (Accurate) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
