A hospitality service provider in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Team Leader to oversee Reception and Housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of service for members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s or Diploma degree and at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a team leadership role within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities include monitoring member satisfaction, training staff, and managing payment processes. This is a critical role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Monitor members satisfaction (Google review, direct or WA).
Showing initiative, problems solving skills, Staff training and Team leading.
Manages and motivates Reception staff in order to provide a high standard of service for members.
Handles any members' feedback or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by Reception and provides a fast solution.
Ensures performance of payment recurring and Aging revenue are running smoothly.
Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skills development.
Ensures that all Reception and Housekeeping staff are well presented (Grooming & Hygiene) and also punctual.
Prepare Monthly Purchase order for Reception and Housekeeping.
Monitor the Inventory Stock.
Coordinate with related departments for any defect at Kyzn Area.
It involves scheduling Receptionist and Housekeeping Staff.
