Hepmil Media Group, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in Jakarta to work with creators and clients on paid social campaigns. You will support campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

The role offers hands-on experience in pitching to brands and agencies, managing timelines, and delivering compelling content proposals while building strong creator relationships to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Servicing in media or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends on social media, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage tight deadlines with solid project management.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with Manager in organizing, planning, and managing the team
• Coordinate with team members on day-to-day operations
• Manage accounts by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HEPMIL creators by assigning jobs and leading in creation of proposals
• Create proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with HEPMIL creators in developing content that meet client’s objectives
• Maintain rapport with HEPMIL creators and key accounts to scale business growth on behalf of the company
• Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and executing content plans on HEPMIL creators’ platforms

DESCRIPTION

Your role as an Assistant Account Manager will require you to work closely with the team and creators to craft engaging paid social content on creators’ platforms. You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch for Creators to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimize for good results.

This is a 1 year contract role, subject to renewal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Servicing (preferably in media or digital agency)
• Strong understanding of consumer trends on social media and social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgment skills. Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills
• Proactive with strong problem solving skills
