Job summary

RINA seeks an Asset Reliability Engineer for its Jakarta office within the Operations and Maintenance Engineering Division. The role focuses on developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance programs and RAM studies to optimize asset performance.

The successful candidate will manage project documentation, analyze RAM results, and prepare technical publications and training materials for clients and internal teams, applying RAM methodologies to energy sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (general) or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in asset reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of RAM/RCM principles and RAM studies (MAROS, RAMP).
• Ability to read PFDs, P&IDs, mechanical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience with upstream/downstream processes and equipment is a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Manage project technical documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct RAM studies to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Develop and present technical publications and training materials.
• Deliver technical presentations to clients and internal teams.
