Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri, Semarang, is seeking an Asset & Inventory Junior Auditor to join our team. This role focuses on auditing retail operations, inventory movements, and asset tracking across stores in the Semarang area.

You will conduct operational and financial audits, review transactions, and prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations. Travel to stores within the assigned area is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years as an Auditor in Retail/Distribution or KAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and financial audits across retail stores.
• Review financial transactions and retail processes for risks.
• Monitor inventory and asset movements, including stock opname.
• Analyze audit findings and prepare clear, actionable reports.
• Collaborate with store ops and cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

Asset & Inventory Junior Auditor (Semarang)

This position will be responsible for conducting audit projects on retail operational activities in accordance with systems/procedures, financial transaction processes, and monitoring the movement of assets/inventory in retail stores in surrounding areas (as planned by the head office).

• Conduct operational and financial audits across retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review financial transactions and evaluate retail operational processes to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and verify inventory and asset movements, including participating in stock opname activities.
• Analyze audit findings and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with store operations and cross-functional teams to support audit implementation and process improvements.
• Travel to stores within the assigned area to perform scheduled audit activities.
• Minimum S1 Accounting, or related field
• At least 2 years as an Auditor in a Retail / Distribution company or KAP
• Have insight and skills into the audit and financial process.
• Able to analyse and provide data-based conclusions/recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Familiar with stock taking (opname) activities and processing related data.
• Honest, assertive, and can work together in a team.
• Preferably domiciled in the assigned area (Semarang).
