Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking an Asset & Inventory Auditor to join our team. You will analyze audit activities in line with governance standards and government regulations, aiming to produce accurate audit reports on assets and inventory.

You will conduct regular audits in warehouses, prepare reports, and coordinate with departments to implement findings. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance and 3+ years in asset and inventory audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience, especially asset and inventory audits.
• Experience in warehouses or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of governance standards and government regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with audit software and asset management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of assets and inventory in warehouses to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and government regulations.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit reports.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset and inventory management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the implementation of audit findings and recommendations.
• Develop and update audit procedures in line with regulatory changes and company policies.
