Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry in Bandung seeks an Internal Auditor to monitor and review audit activities across the company’s financial and system controls. You will ensure compliance with governance standards and government regulations to support operational integrity.

The role requires 2+ years in internal audit (retail/manufacturing/logistics preferred), strong knowledge of ISO 31000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within a retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance standards and government regulations related to technology and systems.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting Risk Assessment based on ISO 31000:2018.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting ISO 9001:2015.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's system and technology controls.
• Ensure all audit activities align with corporate governance standards and comply with relevant government regulations.
• Identify and report compliance risks and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and present detailed audit reports that highlight findings and suggested corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
