Job summary

FocacciAmo & Co. in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our artisan Italian bakery and restaurant team. You will prepare and bake breads, focaccia, and doughs while upholding our quality standards and presentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of baking experience, familiarity with Italian bakery items, and a passion for teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker.
• Experienced in artisan bread, focaccia, pizza dough, or similar bakery products.
• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred.
• Passion for baking, attention to detail, and commitment to product quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake artisan breads, focaccia, pizza dough, and other bakery products according to company standards.
• Mix, ferment, proof, and bake dough while ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Assist in preparing bakery items that support the restaurant's Italian menu.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
