Job summary

Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard tools, especially Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Strong working knowledge of digital design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch) and web design principles.
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and production requirements for print and digital assets.
Ability to enforce visual and messaging consistency across digital, print, social, and video assets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative concepts, visual styles, and design strategies for campaigns, products, and brand initiatives.
Direct, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team of graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality work.
Partner with planners and product teams to align creative concepts with business goals and audience needs.
Oversee the entire creative process from brainstorming to final production and delivery.
Ensure consistency across touchpoints including digital, print, social media, and video assets.
Review, refine, and approve all artwork, layouts, and copy before publication.
