Job summary

PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera is seeking a seasoned Creative Director to shape and elevate the brand’s visual language across beauty-centric campaigns, product launches, and social content. You will guide photographers, designers, and videographers to deliver consistent visuals aligned with strategy.

The role requires a strong portfolio, leadership, and a keen eye for typography, color, and composition within a fast-paced marketing environment in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in art direction, creative direction, or graphic design in beauty, skincare, fashion, or FMCG.
• Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling, campaign development, branding, and creative execution.
• Proficiency with brand identity, composition, typography, color theory, photography, and visual communication.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, creative direction, and overall aesthetic across marketing channels.
• Lead the creative development of campaigns, product launches, social media content, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and briefs.
• Supervise and provide creative direction to designers, photographers, videographers, and other teams.
• Ensure visual consistency across social media, e-commerce, packaging, KOL materials, and offline assets.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Content, and E-commerce teams to deliver assets aligned with campaign objectives.
• Review and approve outputs to ensure high-quality execution and brand guideline alignment.
• Stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitor creative strategies.
• Manage multiple creative projects with timelines and priorities for timely delivery.
• Continuously evaluate performance and develop new visual approaches to strengthen brand awareness.
