Job summary

Matahari is seeking a capable retail professional for a Malang placement to drive sales and operational excellence within our fashion retail and department store network.

The role focuses on achieving targets, analyzing brand productivity, and leading a sales team while managing inventory and shrinkage, including shift-based work in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA ≥ 2.75.
• Experience in retail / sales / marketing / customer service would be preferable.
• Willing to work in shift.

Good in English and computer literate.
