WOM Finance, a member of the Maybank Group, is seeking an Aea Sharia Manager for Greater Medan to oversee and develop Sharia-compliant financing operations, including Hajj & Gold Product, within the North Sumatera area. This full-time, on-site role requires strong knowledge of Sharia finance principles and regulatory frameworks.

Role Description

Aea Sharia Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Medan for North Sumatera Area, responsible for overseeing and developing Sharia-compliant financing operations (Hajj & Gold Product) within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Sharia finance principles, Islamic banking concepts, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in Hajj & Gold Product.
• Skills in area management, business development, and performance monitoring for multiple branches or units.
• Ability to conduct compliance reviews, prepare analytical reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and training skills to guide teams on Sharia practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Sharia/Islamic Studies, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, Sharia-compliant operations.
• Willingness to work on-site in Greater Medan and travel within the area as needed.
