Job description

Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for the General Trade Channel at the designated area.

  1. Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share, Numeric and weighted distribution within scope.
  2. Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans, including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, in-store execution of sales routines, promotion adherence, etc.
  3. Implement targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to maximize value creation.
  4. Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects within scope with prepared business plans.
  5. Implement standard distributor sales processes to maximize efficiency and advise on strategies to enhance distributor profitability.
  6. Manage product availability stock at distributors to avoid OOS and prioritize SKU-sensitive strategies.

Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities for the General Trade Channel at the designated area.

  1. Implement strict control of RVP at store level by distributors’ and third-party merchandising teams to match the standard Picture of Success.
  2. Execute consumer activities (direct selling, events) to meet execution standards.
  3. Ensure full implementation of sales & distribution routines: KPI/goal setting, morning briefings, reviews, reporting activities, and daily operational engagement with distributors.

Execute activities to support Go To Market initiatives at the designated area.

  1. Provide necessary information and references to build and pilot GTM platforms.
  2. Implement execution of targeted GTM models at distributors, ensuring compliance with all standards: workflows, merchandising, tools, training, measurement, and review processes.
  3. Lead continuous improvements for sustainable execution.

Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy at the designated area.

  1. Support distributor setup, standardized practices, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, strategic reviews, and capability development, including termination of non-performing entities.

Manage, develop, and lead the distributor team at the designated area.

  1. Ensure quality recruitment of distributor personnel.
  2. Implement regular performance reviews and reward schemes, coaching and mentoring team members for individual growth.
