Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for the General Trade Channel at the designated area.
- Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share, Numeric and weighted distribution within scope.
- Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans, including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, in-store execution of sales routines, promotion adherence, etc.
- Implement targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to maximize value creation.
- Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects within scope with prepared business plans.
- Implement standard distributor sales processes to maximize efficiency and advise on strategies to enhance distributor profitability.
- Manage product availability stock at distributors to avoid OOS and prioritize SKU-sensitive strategies.
Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities for the General Trade Channel at the designated area.
- Implement strict control of RVP at store level by distributors’ and third-party merchandising teams to match the standard Picture of Success.
- Execute consumer activities (direct selling, events) to meet execution standards.
- Ensure full implementation of sales & distribution routines: KPI/goal setting, morning briefings, reviews, reporting activities, and daily operational engagement with distributors.
Execute activities to support Go To Market initiatives at the designated area.
- Provide necessary information and references to build and pilot GTM platforms.
- Implement execution of targeted GTM models at distributors, ensuring compliance with all standards: workflows, merchandising, tools, training, measurement, and review processes.
- Lead continuous improvements for sustainable execution.
Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy at the designated area.
- Support distributor setup, standardized practices, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, strategic reviews, and capability development, including termination of non-performing entities.
Manage, develop, and lead the distributor team at the designated area.
- Ensure quality recruitment of distributor personnel.
- Implement regular performance reviews and reward schemes, coaching and mentoring team members for individual growth.
